BOX SPACE Flat pack container is a modular house with the top and bottom prefabricated in factory, which will help you save a lot of time and labour on installation. At the same time, its efficient internal drainage system, and stronger frame, gives it greater safety and durability.

It features a flat roof, insulation sandwich panel walls, a steel door and two windows,and it's customizable in size and color. Installation is easy and fast, making it the perfect choice for worker dormitory, hotel, site office, school, personal apartment, and even for rental business.

Detachable container house mostly would be used as worker dormitory, cause its low cost, easy installation, movable, and reusable.They will be put in construction sites as a temporary housing for workers, after the project done, these container house can be moved to another site and reuse again.

And in order to create a bigger space for meeting rooms, receptions, we can even connect several units containers together. It's very flexible and modular. Besides, you can also add glass walls for the corridor like above pictures, which will make the whole building looks modern.

Except to use in construction sites, now container house are very popular to be used as a countryside resort, motel or a backyard tiny house. COVID-19 suffered all over China in 2019. Container house was used to build up a lot a isolation hospital at that time, in order to stop the virus from spreading. We are so honored to be one of the supplier to build up over 3 hospitals. A 500 beds hospital, will only need about 10 days to build up. This event brings out the best in the fast construction of container house.

1.How much manpower and time does it take to install the container?

5.What size you can do?
------We can customized the size base on your needs. Our standard size is 6*3m, but it's flexible, maximum size we can do is 12*4m.You can tell us what size building you are planning to do, then our designer will come up a recommended floor plan design base on your needs.

6.Will your product leak?
------Our products are designed as a house, so our designs prioritize is to ensuring they're 100% waterproof. Installed according to our instructions, you won't experience leaks. Beyond being waterproof, our products are also resistant to 120KM/H wind speed and grade 8 earthquake.

7.How's your product be shipped?
------Our Detachable container will be shipped fully disassembled, and fit into a 20GP or a 40HQ shipping container for shipment. Thanks to this detachable structure, it will help to save a lot of space when we do loading, so one 40HQ can fit 17 units container houses.

8.How are your container house insulated?
------All of our products are use sandwich panels to be the wall. To be exactly, we are using 50mm rock wool sandwich panels as their walls(standard speicifics), while Rock wool is a very good insulation material, and it can achieve A1 fire-proof level. Except Rock wool, you can also chose EPS, PU, Glass wool as the wall insulation material. Besides, for extreme hot and cold areas, we are available to upgrade the wall thickness to be 75mm or even maximum 100mm.

9.Is it able to be moved after the container house already built up?
------Yes, no problem. Even after the container house is built up, you can use a crane and directly hook up its 4 corners to lift up the container, put it on the truck and move to other places. That's why we also call it Mobile house.
